The expensive part of AI work is often not the model call. It is the wasted time around a workflow nobody has defined clearly enough to build.
People repeat the same lookup, rewrite the same handoff, chase the same approval, and repair the same missing detail. Then a tool gets added, the demo looks promising, and the team discovers that the real process was never made explicit.
Creative Spark treats development as an operating loop.
AI-first does not mean human-last
AI-first means we consider AI early in the design and development loop. We ask where it can reduce repeated work, clarify a queue, prepare a draft, or surface an exception. We do not treat untested output as ready to ship.
The working sequence is:
understand the process → name the objects → map the handoff → build a narrow version → test → review → stage → verify → expand
That keeps the business problem in view while the implementation changes underneath it.
What gets tested
Testing is not only “did the assistant answer?” We check whether:
- the right owner receives the work
- required context survives the handoff
- exceptions stop in a visible queue
- approvals remain with the right human
- Odoo records change only through an understood path
- the result can be verified after staging or publishing
Those checks turn a clever prototype into a workflow the team can operate.
Less wasted time, with evidence
Creative Spark does not promise a universal percentage or pretend every task should be autonomous. The practical question is where repeated work is consuming attention and whether a controlled workflow can return some of that time without creating a new cleanup job.
We build beside the client, keep the first version deliberately narrow, and preserve the work trail: what was proposed, what was reviewed, what changed, and what still needs a person.
For Odoo customers and partners, that can mean a better intake queue, a cleaner approval path, stronger source knowledge, or a handoff that no longer depends on one person remembering the trick.
Start with the repeated work that is annoying enough to matter and bounded enough to test. Prove the handoff before asking the system to do more.
Talk about your workflow.
